摘要
针对杨家村煤矿副斜井双层钢筋砼砌碹支护形式不能适应其浅地层、第四系厚度变化大、围岩风化严重和各岩层硬度系数均小于3的工程实际,通过岩石力学实验、围岩松动圈测定及理论计算,优化支护方式为锚、网、索、喷联合支护形式。据实测锚杆轴向力规律及巷道水平和顶底收敛变形最大为60mm和25mm,实际应用效果良好。
Based on Yangjiacun Mine auxiliary slope double steel concrete bricklaying cannot adapt to its shallow strata, large variability of quaternary thickness, serious surrounding rock weathering and the rock hardness coefficient less than 3 engineering reality, through the rock mechanics experiment, the surrounding rock loose circle measurement and theoretical calculation, optimized support was spray anchor, nets, rope, combined support form. According to the measured bolt axial force and maximum level avoidances of roadway convergence deformation was 60 mm and 25 mm, with good actual application effect.
