摘要
基于重介选煤工艺分选粒度下限的延深,造成浮选分选粒度上限随之下降,导致浮选精煤的粒度组成发生一定的变化,细粒级含量的增加,给脱水环节造成一定的难度。加压过滤机主要功能是降低产品水分,尽可能地回收浮选精煤,文章介绍其原理、结构和技术参数,结合相关行业标准进行必要的工艺计算和分析,为选择浮选精煤脱水设备提供了参考。
Based on the dense medium coal preparation process of separating particle size limit, causing flotation separation size limit decrease, which led to some changes of the grain size composition of flotation plant, the increase of the content of fine grained caused a certain difficulty to dehydration link. Pressure filtration machine main function was to reduce product moisture, as far as possible recovery of flotation plant, the article introduced its principle, structure and technical parameters, combined with relevant industry standards to make the necessary process calculation and analysis, which provided reference for choosing flotation plant dewatering equipment.
