摘要
建立了香兰素 磷酸体系荧光分光光度法测定黄芪甲甙的方法。黄芪甲甙与香兰素在一定条件下反应产生较强的荧光 ,在 0 0 μg/mL~ 2 0 0 μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,荧光物质的最大激发波长λEx=36 5nm ,最大发射波长λEm=4 30nm。检出限为 0 10 6 μg/mL ,测定样品的回收率为 95 97%~ 10 2 1%。该法具有灵敏度高、检出限低、直接测定、无干扰等优点。对黄芪口服液中黄芪甲甙含量的测定 。
This paper develops a new determination method of astragaloside in vanillinphosphric acid system by Spectrophotofluorimetry. The reactigalon product of astragaloside and vanillin has excitation and emission maxima at 365 nm and 430 nm, respectively. The linear range of determination is from 0 0 μg/mL~20 0 μg/mL. The detection limit is 0 106 μg/mL. The recoveries of samples are between 95 97%~102 1%. The proposed method has advantages of high sensitivity, low detection limit and no interference. It has been used to determine astragaloside Huangqi oral liquid.
