摘要
轨道交通车辆在制动时产生的热量影响并限制了机械制动装置功率,因此需要核算制动热容量。考虑实际运营线路可能的坡道和弯道工况,为提高计算精度等级,提出了更精确的计算制动热容量的方法。通过增设故障工况,建立多种效果的仿真模型,可以对各种故障工况下的制动热容量进行仿真分析,从而增加了制动热容量计算应用软件的功能,并得到更为准确的仿真结果。
The heat generated in rail transit vehicle's braking seriously affectsand confines the mechanical brake power, so brake thermal capacity must be calculated. Because of the ramps and corners on the actual operating lines, the classof calculation accuracy shall be improved, and a more accurate method of calculating the brake thermal capacity is proposed. By setting up the malfunction conditions and establishing several simulation models, the braking thermal capacity in different conditions could be analyzed, which will add more functions to the applied software and enhance the accuracy of simulation results.
