摘要
为了提高城市轨道交通的社会效益和经济效益,需要根据城市轨道交通运营阶段的特点,制定科学合理的发展策略和灵活的票务政策,因此,城市轨道交通各运营阶段的划分显得尤为重要。基于我国城市轨道交通各运营阶段的特征分析,从线网运营规模、运营特征和服务特性等三个方面,选取了九项指标建立指标体系,作为运营阶段划分的主要依据,并采用模糊综合评判方法进行实例分析。结果表明,所建立的指标体系能对城市轨道交通所处运营阶段做出准确划分。
In order to improve the social and economic benefits of urban rail transit（URT）, it is essential to make a scientific and rational development strategy, alsoa flexible fare policy according to the operational stages of URT. Therefore, the operation phasing is particularly important. Based on the characteristic analysis of the operation development stages of URT in China, 9 indexes from 3 categories：scale of networking operation, operation features and service featuresare selected as the main basis for operation phasing, the fuzzy evaluation method is used to analyze these indexes by cases studies. The research shows that the index system can make accurate classification of the operation development stages of URT.
