摘要
地铁车辆轮对动态检测系统采用图像与振动两种技术同时检测车轮踏面。介绍了系统中图像测量和振动测量的检测原理。该系统能对通过车辆的轮对踏面擦伤、轮缘厚度、车轮直径、轮对内距、垂直磨耗、轴温等参数进行在线自动动态检测分析,并报告超限车轮的超限数据及顺位等信息,为车辆预防性维修提供依据。
The dynamic automatic testing system of vehicle wheelsetuses both image and vibration techniques to detect wheel tread. In this paper, the principles of image survey and vibration technique are introduced. This system can detect and analyze the parameters of the passing vehicle online automatically and dynamically, such as the scrape of vehicle wheelset tread surfaces, flange thickness, vehicle diameter, wheelset inner distance, vertical wear, axle temperature and so on, report the transfinite number and sequencedata of the wheelset. The system can provide comprehensive evaluation of operate technology state, therefore could be used as reference for preventive meaintenance of metro vehicles.
