警用数字集群(PDT)在地铁公安无线通信系统中的应用研究

警用数字集群(PDT)标准具有大区制组网、接续速度快、调度指挥功能丰富、语音品质好、频率利用率高、网络扩展性强、话音加密更安全等特点,目前公安部正大力推广使用PDT标准来进行公安无线通信系统的建设。介绍了PDT标准的主要性能指标,并将之与现用的模拟集群MPT-1327、TETRA数字集群进行比较。分析了模拟集群MPT-1327、TETRA数字集群在地铁中使用的实际情况。建议PDT标准在地铁中的使用时应结合当地实际,并与公安部门协商确定其方案。

At present, the Ministry of Public Security is promoting public security construction of wireless communication systemby using PDT digital trunking standard. In this paper, the main indexes of PDT standard are introduced and compared with presently used simulation trunking MPT-1327 and TETRA digital trunking in metro. Because of the features of PDT standard, including wide-range networking, fast connection, rich commanding functions, high-quality phonetics, higherrate frequencies and so on,it is suggested that PDT be adopted in practical use by accepting the advicesof public security organs, so as to provide some referencesfor the research plan of wireless communication system for metro public security.
