某330MW机组背压偏高问题诊断分析

摘要 针对某330MW亚临界机组投产一年来机组背压一直存在偏高现象,找出了背压偏高的原因,重点分析了凝汽器、循环水系统及热量传递,并从设备选型、性能参数、试验计算等方面进行诊断。通过试验得出了凝汽器清洁系数,诊断出凝汽器换热管束存在结垢的问题,与现场检查结果一致,从而验证了运用清洁系数诊断凝汽器结垢问题的可行性。 To find the causes leading to high backpressure of a 330 MW subcritical unit for over a year since its operation, an analysis is performed with focus on the condenser, the circulating water system and the heat transfer in the aspect of equipment selection, performance parameters and test calculation, etc. The fouling conditions diagnosed with the cleanliness factor obtained through testing agree well with the results of on-site inspection, proving that it is feasible to use cleanliness factor to diagnose the fouling condition of the condenser.
