摘要
依据一台余热锅炉原有设计参数,建立了与其实际运行参数基本吻合的仿真模型,从而分析得出余热锅炉排烟温度偏高的原因。对三种不同的改造方案进行了比较,结合电厂实际情况,推荐采用其中两种方案对余热锅炉进行改造。实践表明:经改造后余热锅炉排烟温度得到降低,达到了节能减排的目的。
To solve the problem of high exhaust temperature of a heat recovery boiler, a simulation model basically consistent with actual operation parameters was established based on its original design parameters. By comparison among three different retrofit schemes, two of them were recommended to be used for the boiler retrofit according to actual situation of the power plant. Operation practice shows that the exhaust temperature of the heat recovery boiler has been reduced, achieving the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
