摘要
某电厂真空泵在运行中存在噪声大、振动较大、真空度不高和汽蚀较严重的现象,为此提出对真空泵加装前置式大气喷射器的改造建议。结果表明:加装前置式大气喷射器后,消除了噪声和振动,提高了真空泵的极限抽吸压力,防止了真空泵汽蚀,起到了保护真空泵的作用,保证了机组真空系统安全稳定运行。
To solve the problem occurring in the vacuum pump of a power plant, such as excessive noise and vibration, insufficient vacuum degree and serious cavitation, etc., it is suggested to add a front air ejector to the vacuum pump. Results show that after installation of air ejector, the noise and vibration are reduced, the ultimate suction pressure is promoted, the cavitation phenomenon is avoided, meaning that safety and stable operation of the pump is guaranteed.
