摘要
分析了一台660MW超超临界机组锅炉带循环泵启动过程中给水自动控制逻辑存在的问题,提出根据主蒸汽压力、高压旁路阀开度、汽轮机转速、发电机负荷等参数计算出主蒸汽流量,将其作为给水泵转速控制前馈;根据计算出的主蒸汽流量以及给水泵实际转速,控制给水旁路调节阀开度;调整给水控制PID参数并增加参数自适配逻辑。实际运行表明:修改后的给水控制逻辑满足了机组启动及正常运行中的全程自动控制要求。
An analysis is conducted on problems existing in the automatic feed water control during startup of a 660 MW ultra-supercritical boiler with re-circulating pump, after which it is suggested to calculate the main steam flow that will later on be taken as the parameters for feed-forward control of the feed pump, with such parameters as the main steam pressure, high pressure bypass valve opening, turbine rotational speed, and generator load, etc. According to the main steam flow calculated and the actual rotational speed of pump, both the feed water bypass valve opening and the PID parameters of feed water control can be adjusted and a parameter adaptive logic can be added. Actual operation shows that the modified feed water control logic meets the whole-process automatic control requirements during startup and normal operation of the unit.
