耳穴降压夹治疗1级高血压

Clinical evaluation of treatment of grade 1 hypertension by antihypertensive ear clip

目的观察耳穴降压夹对1级高血压的治疗效果及评价。方法将108例1级高血压病患者随机分为2组:耳穴组55例,采用耳穴降压夹(交替夹在双耳的降压沟上,3次/d)治疗,药物组53例,口服依那普利片控制血压,于治疗前,治疗中及治疗后测量血压变化情况。结果耳穴组降压效果92.73%,药物组94.34%,2组患者血压均能得到有效控制,但耳穴组治疗效果较药物组持久。结论耳穴降压夹对1级高血压病患者收缩压与舒张压都能显著降低,并达正常值范围,有良好的持续性效果。

Objective To observe the treatment effect and evaluation of auricular points antihypertensive ear clip on grade 1 hypertension. Methods 108 patients with grade 1 hypertension were randomly divided into two groups：55 cases in the ear group were given the antihypertensive ear clip treatment （Mtemating clip on ears, 3 times a day）;53 cases in drug group were given oral enalaprilat control of blood pressure. The blood pressure changes were measured before the treatment, in the middle of treatment and after treatment. Results The blood pressure can be effectively controlled in two groups, but the ear group has lasting effects. Conclusion The antihypertensive ear clip can effectively reduce the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure to reach the normal range and has good treatment effect.
