温心安神汤治疗心脏神经官能症

Clinical observation on Wenxin Anshen Decoction for the treatment of cardiac neurosis

目的观察温心安神汤治疗心脏神经官能症的临床疗效。方法将98例患者随机分为2组,每组49例,治疗组予温心安神汤(桂枝、白芍、生龙骨、生牡蛎等)治疗,对照组予西医常规治疗,疗程均为8周。观察2组临床疗效,治疗前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分变化。结果治疗组总有效率91.8%,对照组总有效率69.4%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在改善中医症状积分方面优于对照组;治疗后2组患者SAS、SDS分值较治疗前均显著下降(P<0.01或P<0.05),治疗组治疗后较对照组改善更明显(P均<0.01)。结论温心安神汤治疗心脏神经官能症能显著降低血黏度,改善微循环,改善临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wenxin Anshen Decoction on cardiac neurosis. Methods 98 cases were randomly divided into two groups （49 cases in each group）. The treatment group was given Wenxin Anshen Decoction （Ramulus Cinnamomi, Radix Paeoniae Alba, keel, oysters etc. ）, and the control group was given western medicine. The treatment course in each group is 8 weeks. The clinical symptoms and self-evaluation of anxiety scale （SAS） and depression self rating scale （SDS） score changes in two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results The total efficacy of the treatment group was 91.8%, which was significantly higher than that of control group （69.4%）. There was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05） ; The treatment group is better than that in control group in improving TCM symp- toms; SAS and SDS were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）, but the treatment group decreased more significantly （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Wenxin Anshen Decoction is quite effective for cardiac neuro- sis. It can significantly reduce blood viscosity, improve microcirculation and clinical symptoms.
