四逆泻心汤加味治疗功能性消化不良

Clinical research on Sini Xiexin Decoction(plus) for patients with functional dyspepsia

目的观察四逆泻心汤加味治疗功能性消化不良患者的临床疗效。方法将70例功能性消化不良患者随机分为2组,治疗组35例,予四逆泻心汤(柴胡、白芍、枳实、半夏、干姜等)加味口服治疗;对照组35例,予多潘立酮口服治疗,疗程为2周。观察2组临床疗效、胃胆囊排空率。结果治疗组总有效率为85.71%,优于对照组的62.86%,2组比较P<0.05;2组治疗后胃胆囊排空率均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四逆泻心汤加味治疗功能性消化不良能有效改善临床症状,提高胃胆囊排空率。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Sini Xiexin Decoction （plus） on functional dyspepsia. Methods 70 patients with functional dyspepsia （FD） were randomly divided into two groups.35 patients in treatment group were treated with Sini Xiexin Decoction （plus）, and 35 patients in control group were treated with Domperidone. After 2 weeks, the therapeutic effect and gastric and gallbladder emptying rate （GGER） were observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 85.71% and 62.86% in control group（ P 〈 0.05）. GGER in both group were improved after treatment （ P 〈 0.05）, and GGER in treatment group was higher than that that of control group after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Sini Xiexin Decoction （plus） can effectively treat FD by improving patients＇ clinical symptoms and the gastric and gallbladder emptying rate.
