以路网大气环境容量为基础的交通环境容量研究 被引量:4

摘要 路网大气环境容量是确定路网交通环境容量的重要依据。在阐述路网大气环境容量计算的线性规划优化法、A-P值法、模拟法和箱式法4种常用计算方法的基础上,提出路网大气环境容量计算的改进方法,建立路网交通环境容量模型,合理选取机动车尾气污染物排放分担率、大气污染物的浓度目标值、平均风速、混合层高度等模型参数,将其代入模型中计算得到2015年CO、HC、NOx、PM10的路网交通环境容量值,将该结果与2015年的尾气污染物预测值相比较,得到路网交通环境容量的控制应重点控制机动车NOx排放的结论。 The atmospheric environmental capacity of urban road network is an important foundation of confirming traffic environmental capacity of the network. Based on expounding 4 common calculation methods on the atmospheric environmental capacity such as linear planning optimized method, A-P value method, simulation method and chamber method, the improved calculation methods of the atmospheric environmental capacity was put forward, the model of traffic environmental capacity of the network was established, some model parameters were reasonably selected including the share rate of pollutants emission by motor vehicle exhaust, the target value of the concentration of air pollutants, average wind speed and mixing layer height, then these parameters were substituted in the model as to calculate and achieve the value of the traffic environmental capacity about CO, HC, NOx and PM10 in 2015, finally, the value results was compared with forecast value of exhaust pollutants in 2015 so as to achieve the conclusion, which is the control of the traffic environmental capacity should be focused on controlling the motor vehicle NOx emission.
