南瓜新品种墨玉宝的选育

为培育出产量高、品质好的南瓜新品种,山西省农业科学院作物科学研究所以扁灰瓜（I-05-02-8）为母本、实把子瓜（C-06-12-8）为父本配制而成一代杂种墨玉宝。该品种瓜型为大圆型,瓜皮为墨黑绿光亮,肉厚,口感甜香,无籽,单株可结2~3个瓜,单株产量4~6 kg,每公顷平均产量39 950 kg,比对照日本南瓜平均增产27.0%;抗逆性强、适应性广、品质优,经济效益好,适宜在山西省以及与其温度光照相近的地区种植。

To select new pumpkin varieties of high yield and high quality, Institute of Crop Science, Shanxi Academy of agricultural science, take the flat gray pumkin （I-05-02-8） as the female parent, shibazi pumkin （C-06-12-8） as the male parent to obtain a hybrid Moyubao. This pumpkin variety is large and round, dark green rind, thick fresh, taste sweet, seedless, single plant could produce 2 - 3 melon, the yield per plant is 4 - 6 kg, the average yield is 39 950 kg/hm^2, an increase of 27.0% compared with the Japanese pumpkin in the control. This pumpkin is of strong resistance, wide adaptability, good quality, good economic returns, so it is suitable for planting in Shanxi province and some other provinces with the similar temperature and illumination conditions.
