刺五加多糖对断奶仔猪生长性能和腹泻状况的影响

Impact of Different Levels of Acanthopanax Senticosus Polysaccharide on Growth Performance and Diarrhea Status in Weaner Piglets

试验探讨了日粮中添加不同水平的刺五加多糖对30日龄断奶"杜×长×大"三元杂交仔猪生长性能及腹泻状况的影响。结果表明,处理2,3,4,5组(分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加300,600,900,1 200 mg/kg刺五加多糖)末质量、平均日增质量和平均日采食量较处理1组(对照组,饲喂基础日粮)显著提高(P<0.05),处理3,4,5组料质量比显著低于处理1,2组(P<0.05);处理4,5组各项指标间差异均不显著(P>0.05);处理2,3,4,5组腹泻率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),处理3,4,5组腹泻频率显著低于处理1,2组(P<0.05),处理4,5组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此可见,断奶仔猪日粮中添加刺五加多糖能提高末质量、平均日增质量和平均日采食量,降低料质量比、腹泻率和腹泻频率,显著改善断奶仔猪生长性能和腹泻状况。综合实际效果和经济成本,断奶仔猪日粮中刺五加多糖最适添加量为900mg/kg。

This experiment was designed to investigate the effects of dietry with different levels of Acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharide on growth performance and health status of weaner piglets. The results showed that compared with the control, the final body weight, average daily gain and average daily feed intake of treatment 2, 3, 4 and 5 were significantly improved （P 〈 0.05 ）. The ratio of feed to gain in 2, 3, 4 and 5 groups was significantly lower than treatment 1 and 2（P 〈 0.05 ）. The final body weight, average daily gain, average daily feed intake and feed to gain ratio of treatment 4 and 5 were not so significantly different （P 〉 0.05 ）. The diarrhea ratio of 2, 3, 4 and 5 group was significantly lower than control （P 〈 0.05 ）, the diarrhea frequency of 3, 4 and 5 group was significantly lower than land 2 groups （P 〈 0.05 ）, treatment 4 and 5 were not significantly different （P 〉 0.05 ）. It is concluded that the dietary supplemented Acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharides could significantly improve final body weight, average daily gain and average daily feed intake and significantly decrese diarrhea and diarrhea frequency of weaner piglets to improve the growth performance and diarrhea situation of weaner piglets. Considering actual effect and economic costs, the optimal dose of Acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharide for weaner piglets was 900 mg/kg.
