摘要
金属封闭式开关柜由于占地面积小、安装维护便捷,12、40.5 kV金属封闭式开关柜被广泛推广应用,其运行安全直接影响整个变电站的供电质量与可靠性。目前国内诊断开关柜的绝缘状况主要依托预防性局部放电试验,需要停电进行,且很难发现在两次预防性试验间隔之间发展起来的绝缘缺陷。针对以上存在的问题,衢州电力局扎实推进状态检修工作,积极制定切实可行的工作目标和总体规划,不断健全制度体系,完善装备配置,现已成功引进具备成熟诊断技术的检测设备4套,对开关柜电气设备的状态量进行现场带电综合诊断。实践证明,采用有效的检测手段和分析诊断技术,及时、准确地掌握设备运行状态,为电力设备的状态检修工作提供丰富的数据信息,全力保证开关柜的安全、可靠和经济运行。
The 12 kV and 40.5 kV metal enclosed switchgears have been widely used in China. This kind of equipment may affect a substation in power supply quality and reliability. However, the existing diagnosis of the switchgear insulation condition relies on the preventive test of partial discharge, which needs an outage and is hard to find insulation defects appeared in the interval between two tests. Therefore, Quzhou Electric Power Bureau introduced four detection devices with mature diagnostic technology to conduct onsite live diagnosis for the switehgears. Application of the detection devices combining with efficient management has promoted the conditionbased maintenance of the switchgears.
