摘要
矩阵变换器(MC)在工业生产中的应用提高了功率因数,减少了电网中的谐波污染。但换流困难是抑制其在大功率场合应用的主要原因。分析了传统四步换流和两步换流的特点,提出了一种改进型的两步换流策略。该策略通过三相开关的不同组合解决了因负载电流检测不准确导致的换流失败,既充分保证了换流可靠性,减少了换流时间,改善了输出波形质量。在以DSP+CPLD为主控单元的样机上进行了实验,实验结果验证了改进型换流策略的正确性和可行性。
Application of matrix converter(MC) in industrial production improved the power factor and reduced the harmonic poUution in grid.But the commutation difficulty is the main reason to restrain its application in high power situa- tion.The paper analyze the character of traditional four-step and two-step commutation strategy presents an improved twostep safe commutation strategy of matrix converter.Different combinations of three-phase switching presents a solution for commutation failure by the detection inaccurate of load current, new strategy improving the reliability of commutation and decreasing the commutation time to improve the quality of output waveform.Experiment in the prototype controlled by the DSP+CPLD, experimental results verify the correctness and feasibility of the new commutation strategy.
