摘要 某铜铅锌矿的铜铅混合粗精矿铜、铅品位较低,矿物组成复杂,尤为浮选难以得到够品级的铅精矿。铜铅精矿分离采用"抑铅浮铜—铅重选"工艺流程。铅抑制剂使用少量的重铬酸钾与N-C合剂可使铜铅得以有效地分离,铅进一步采用重选法提高品位,最终获得了合格的铜、铅精矿。 The copper - lead bulk concentrate contains low grade of copper and lead in a copper - lead - zinc ore with complexity of the mineral composition and it is particularly difficult to get lead concentrate with the required grade. The process of lead depression and reactivation copper flotation was adopted on the copper - lead concentrate separation. A little of potassium dichromate and N - C mixture composition inhibitors can separate copper and lead effectively on lead inhibitors. Lead can also improve quality with gravity dressing. Eventually, the qualified copper -lead concentrate was obtained.
