物料预热塔预热过程的优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 以计算流体力学软件FLUENT6.3为平台,针对预热塔内换热的特点,建立了物料预热塔二维仿真模型,重点研究多孔介质理论模型。选用标准的双方程模型模拟预热塔内的流场,采用用户自定义函数的UDFs构建多孔介质非局部热力学平衡的双能量方程模型,模拟预热塔内的温度场;探讨影响预热过程的因素,并通过正交实验的方法,对物料预热塔换热过程进行优化,得到了最优运行参数组合。 According to the characteristics of heat transfer in the preheating tower , 2-D simulation model and the theory of porous media model for heat transfer calculation were established by using Computational Fluid Dynamics software FLUENT6.3.Meanwhile, standard model was used to describe the air flow in the preheating tower , and the temperature field was simulated by two -equation energy model based on non -equilibrium thermodynamics in porous media built up by UDFs .To explore the factors that affect the preheating process , heat transfer process of material preheating tower were optimized and analyzed .At last, the optimal operation parameters were proved by orthogonal experiment.
