摘要
针对稻壳成型燃料燃烧特点,研究开发了新型生物质蒸汽锅炉。阐述了此种形式锅炉的基础实验,结构设计及计算要点。实测及运行经验表明,此种锅炉具有洁净燃烧、高效节能、符合环保要求、经久耐用等优点。
In allusion to the combustion characteristic of the rice husk stick fuel , the steam boilers were studied and developed used the gasification combustion technology .The outline of the base experiment, the structure design and calculation of the rice husk stick fuel boiler were set forth .The test and practice have proved that the type of boiler has some excellent qualities , such as cleaning combustion, high efficiency and energy saving , durable etc.
