摘要
简要概述了我国原有电熔镁砂生产工艺的状况及能源利用情况。通过对热工测试的分析、计算,找到电熔镁生产工艺中余热回收的突破点。提出对原有工艺进行改进的设计方案,对改进后的工艺进行能量平衡分析及经济效益分析,初步核算新工艺给社会带来的经济利润。
An overview of the original production and energy utilization of the fused magnesia technology in China was briefly provided .Through analysis and calculation of the thermal test , the break-through of waste heat recovery of the process was found out .The improved design scheme of the original process was put forward .Energy balance and economic benefit on the modified process were analyzed.Economic profit what new technology brings to the social was accounted .
