摘要
探讨了影响苯乙烯-异戊二烯-丁二烯三元共聚橡胶(集成橡胶SIBR)序列分布的各种因素,包括侧基结构含量、单体配比、嵌段结构等,并分析了这些因素对SIBR性能的影响。结果表明,随着聚合物中1,2-聚丁二烯和3,4-聚异戊二烯结构含量的增加,SIBR的玻璃化转变温度升高,抗湿滑性能也逐渐提高,所有试样的滚动阻力均较低。对于全无规聚合物而言,单体配比主要影响其抗湿滑性能。采用分步加料方式制备嵌段结构的SIBR可以降低其滚动阻力。
Effect factors of sequence distribution of styreneisoprene-butadiene terpolymer ( SIBR ), including content of pendant groups, monomer ratio and block structure were discussed, and effect of the factors on properties of SIBR was investigated.The results showed that with increase of 1,2-polybutadiene and 3,4-polyisoprene structures, glass transition temperature of SIBR increased , wet skid resistance improved gradually, and rolling resistance was lower for all samples.For atactic copolymer , the wet skid resistance was affected significantly by monomer ratio , and the rolling resistance could be decreased by synthesizing block SIBR with stepwise feeding mode .
