展览花园是伴随着各种综合性的博览会、园林展和花园展而出现的一种园林景观表现形式,它展示了园林领域最新的设计理念和先进的技术材料.按展览目的,常见的展览花园大致分为艺术性、文化性和商业性3种类型.展示性、创新性、灵活性、独立性是展览花园设计的基本要求.近几年中国展览花园发展迅速,但仍然存在园林展园面积过大,形式单一,缺乏创新意识,植物景观欠缺,生态环保意识不够,展后利用不充分等问题亟需改进,相信通过园林工作者不断地探索和尝试,在不远的将来中国的展览花园会取得更好的成就.

The exhibition gardens came into being with the appearance of expositions,garden shows and garden festivals,which reflected the latest design ideas,advanced techniques and new materials applied to the field of landscape architecture.Exhibition garden could be divided into three types such as artistic type,cultural type and commercial type,and they all have the features of innovation,flexibility and independence.Therefore exhibition gardens have become the driving force promoting innovation of landscape industry and leading the development of future gardens.In recent years,the exhibition gardens have be rapidly rising in China,but also have some problems needed to be improved.It was believed that Chinese exhibition gardens would make a greater achievement in the near future as long as domestic garden workers constantly research and attempt.
