人职匹配与夜班护士工作倦怠水平相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨个性特征与夜班特征的一致能否有效改善夜班护士工作倦怠水平。方法采用工作倦怠正式调查问卷,配对选取调查平均总分值相近的8个护理单元128名护士作为调查对象,采用抽签法决定试验组与对照组,每组各4个护理单元护士,2组护士均为64名。试验组接受专业职业指导,3个月后比较试验组与对照组干预前后工作倦怠水平以及试验组自身差异。结果人职匹配理论有效改善夜班护士工作倦怠水平(P<0.05)。结论人职匹配理论为护理管理者人性化排班提供了思路,可以改善临床一线夜班护士工作倦怠水平。 Objective To study whether the consistency of personal characteristic and night-shift characteristic can improve the lassitude of night-shift nurses. Methods Official questionnaire of work lassitude are adopted, 128 nurses in 8 nursing units with close overall survey scores as survey objects are selected conjugately. Experiment group and comparison group are decided by drawing, each group is assigned nurses from 4 nursing units and therefore each group has 64 nurses. Experiment group receives professional guidance. The work lassitude of experiment group and comparison before and after intervention as well as the self-difference within the experiment group is compared after 3 months. Results Human-job match theory effectively improves the lassitude of night-shift nurses (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Human-job match theory offers a train of thought of humane arrangement of shift to the nursing management team and can improve the work lassitude of first-line nurses.
