河南省护理专业大学生通用职业能力现状及对策分析 被引量:2

Investigation on Current Status and Analysis of Nursing Students' General Professional Competence in Henan Province

摘要 目的探讨护理专业大学生通用职业能力培养的新思路和对策。方法自行设计问卷,分别调查了四所河南省本科及大专院校200名已工作的毕业生及其所在医院的护士长。结果对护士长的调查结果显示,24个指标中被评价为"好"的比例在50%以上的指标有15个,其中基础理论(92.8%)、执行能力(93.8%)、实践能力(92.2%)、专科技能(88.6%)被评价为"好"的比例较高。24个指标中评价为"一般和不好"的比例在50%以上的指标主要有:职业规划(50.8%)、语言能力(48.7%)、沟通方法(48.2%)、团队协作能力(49.2%)、适应能力(45.1%)、发现问题的能力(35.8%)、创新意识(35.8%),科研能力(27.5%)。结论河南省毕业生通用职业能力中,学习发展能力、知识应用能力、社会适应能力评价较好,但科研创新能力、沟通交流能力、解决问题能力还需进一步提高。 Objective To explore new ideas and strategies cultivating the universal vocational ability of nursing major students. Methods Self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct survey on 200 graduates in four universities and colleges of Henan province and their head nurse in the hospitals they are working. Results The results of the survey from head nurses showed that the rate of 15 among 24 indicators were evaluated as "good" is more than 50% , of which the basic theory (92.8%) , execution (93.8%), practical ability ( 92.2% ) , specialist skills (88.6%) were evaluated as "good" at higher rates. Of all the 24 indicators, those were evaluated as "general and bad" have the rate over 50% and are: career planning (50.8%) , language ability (48.7%) , communication methods (48.2%) , teamwork (49.2%), adaptability (45.1%), ability to identify problems (35.8%), innovation (35.8%), scientific research capacity (27.5%). Conclusion In the general professional competence of graduates of Henan province, the evaluation of the learning and development ability, knowledge and application ability, social adaptability evaluation is good, but the research and innovation, communication and problem-solving skills should be further improved.
