摘要 制作了小型表面贴装的GD系列功率电感,分析了电感的直流叠加特性、频率特性、温度特性和温升特性,并与美国VICOR公司研制的31495系列电感在性能上作了对比。结果表明,GD系列电感的初始电感值L0在1~135μH范围内可调;GD系列电感耐大电流的能力强,GD8电感可承载高达12A的叠加电流IDC且L/L0值仍大于50%;电感频率特性良好,在1MHz时L/L0值都大于70%;电感温度特性优良,温度T在25~150℃范围内变化时,L/L0值的变化在100~101%的范围内;温升特性较好,GD1电感温升正为40K的电流Ir达到0.9A。与VICOR的31495电感的对比结果显示,GD系列电感的温升性能与31495电感相当,但在电感的直流叠加、频率和温度特性方面,GD系列电感的性能明显优于L0的VICOR电感。 Miniature SMD GD series of power inductors were prepared. Characteristics of DC bias superposition, frequency, temperature and temperature rise were studied. Simultaneously, performances were compared with VICOR 31495 series of inductors. Results indicate that GD series have seleetable initial inductance L0 from 1μH to 135μH and can bear large current. For GD8 inductor, over 50% of L/L0 can be obtained under superposition current IDC up to 12A. The GD series of inductors possess excellent frequency and temperature dependence, with L/L0 value of over 70% at 1MHz and superior temperature dependence, with L/L0 value changing within the range of 100 to 101% as temperature changes between 25 and 150℃. Also, good temperature rise characteristic is obtained, with current Ir of 0.9A for temperature rise of 40K for sample GD1. Compared to 31495 inductors, GD series have equivalent temperature rise, but better performances in DC bias superposition, frequency and temperature dependence.
