摘要
目的了解和评估农贸市场传播人感染H7N9禽流感疫情的风险。方法随机抽取嘉兴市城乡31个农贸市场进行现场卫生学调查与分析。结果 31个农贸市场均有活禽交易;29(83.87%)个有活禽宰杀点,其中有3个不在交易区内。活禽交易点卫生状况及隔离、消毒、个人防护状况较差,只有1个(3.23%)农贸市场是顾客与禽类不接触。宰杀点与最远的活禽交易点之间的距离在10 m以上的只占41.38%。结论当前农贸市场传播人感染H7N9禽流感风险很大,建议在疾病流行期间关闭活禽市场,并加强监测。
Objective To understand and evaluate the transmission risk of avian influenza A（ H7N9） virus in live poultry markets（ LPMs）. Methods A total of 31 LPMs from Jiaxing city were selected using random sampling method and hygienic investigation on the spot was carried out. Results All 31 farm product markets had live poultry trade while 29（ 83.87%） of them had live poultry slaughter spots,and 3 of them were not in the trade zone. The situation of sanitary,isolation,disinfection and personal protection in live poultry trading spot was not satisfied and only one LPM set a compartment. The LPMs whose distance exceeding 10 meters between live poultry slaughter spot and trading spot were accounted for 41. 38%. Conclusion The transmission risk of avian influenza A（ H7N9） virus in farm product market is high. To close the live poultry market during the epidemic period and strengthen surveillance activities are suggested.
