摘要 PI系统是国华准电SIS的核心模块和技术平台,通过该系统可实现对机组生产流程和设备运行状态的实时监控,例如:通过生产日报表为各级管理人员提供信息;借助PI-Processbook与PI-Datalink 2个功能模块快速判断给水泵勺位偏差大等设备异常问题,统计锅炉再热器超温次数及时间,显示汽轮机各瓦瓦温及轴振异常数据等。实践证明,PI系统在国华准电的设备状态监测及分析中起着重要作用,从而为该系统在设备状态分析方面的应用提供依据。 PI system is a core module and technology platform of Guohua Zhungeer Power Generation Co.,Ltd., through which it can provide real-time surveillance method to the unit for production process and equipment running status. For example, the daily production schedule can provide information for all managements; at the same time by the two function modules of PB and Datalink, it can quickly and efficiently estimate scoop tube deviation for water feeding pump, statistics overheat times and time of boiler water wall, display the bearing temperature and steam turbine abnormal vibration of shaft data, etc. And in practice, PI system plays a decisive role in the analysis of plant equipment condition and provides basis for analysis on system applied in terms of equipment condition.
