基于天文时钟基站的时间统一系统的设计与应用

摘要 目前,火力发电厂自动化控制水平越来越高,而时钟的统一、高精度的授时可保证自动化控制系统的安全性和精准性。托电公司采用基于天文时钟基站的时间统一系统,该系统由主时钟系统、扩展箱、对时精度监视系统等设备组成。时间统一系统只设立一套主时钟,通过多个扩展箱实现全厂自动化设备的时间统一,不仅为整个二次系统提供1个高精度、高可靠性的时钟基准,还使得二次设备可靠性大幅提高,同时为电厂带来良好的经济效益。 The present automation control level in the coal-fired power plants is becoming higher and higher, and the unity of the clock, the high precision timing can ensure the safety and precision in the automatic control system. Tuoketuo power company uses time synchronization system based on astronomical clock time base station, which consists of the master clock system, extension box, monitoring system and other precision equipments. Only set up a set of master clock, through multiple extension boxes to realize the time unity of automation equipments in the whole factory, through which it not only provides a high precision for the secondary system, high reliability clock benchmark, but also makes the secondary equipment reliability greatly increasing, at the same time, brings good economic benefits for the power plant.
