Energy-saving Modification of Boiler Centrifugal Primary Fan

摘要 针对北方联合电力有限责任公司达拉特发电厂锅炉一次风机在运行中存在节流损失大、电耗高的实际情况,在不同负荷下对一次风机进行热态试验与计算,发现一次风机存在设计选型不当、运行效率低、裕量大、风机性能与管网阻力不匹配等问题。根据试验结果,重新进行了一次风机的选型参数计算,通过论证确定了采用高效叶轮替代风机原装叶轮的节能改造方案,即保留原一次风机的电动机、基础、轴承箱、主轴、进气箱和入口导叶等部件,只更换一次风机叶轮、集流器和机壳3大部件。改造后,一次风机运转稳定,对改造前后热态试验数据进行对比,一次风机在同等工况下电流降低约45 A,每台风机每小时可节电415 kWh,节能效果显著。 The primary air fan of boiler, throttling loss and high power consumption existing in operation in Dalate Power Plant. Through thermal test and calculation, the design and selection of the primary air fan parameter was improper, efficiency of the primary air fan was low and the primary air fan performance mismatched the pipe resistance under different working conditions, and other issues. According to the test result, re-calculated the parameter of primary air fan. Ultimately, adopted the project that it was high-efficiency impeller instead of the original impeller. It was to retain the fan motor, foundation, bearing box, principal axis, air entrance box, inlet guided vanes and so on. And replace the primary air fan impeller, current collector and shell. Through the impeller modification, the running condition of primary air fan was fine. Through comparing the thermal test data before and after thermal test, the current of the fan decreased about 45 A under the same condition. So a fan could save 415 kWh every hour. The energy-saving effect was significant.
