摘要
受结构特点、工作条件等诸多因素影响,汽轮发电机组发电机转子的振动原因非常复杂。针对某200 MW机组发电机转子大修后数次启动中出现的振动问题,分别进行了分析诊断和处理,最终解决了发电机组的振动问题,并对发电机振动的防治措施进行了总结。
Because of the differences in structural characteristics and working conditions, the causes of generator vibration are always complicated. Vibration problems appeared after the generator rotor had been overhauled on a 200 MW steam turbine generator. As for these problems, better effect of vibration relief was achieved by making accurate analysis and management, finally solved the vibration fault, and prevention or control measures on vibration of turbo-generator were summarized.
