摘要
在未来的联合作战战场上,为了实现从传感器到决策者再到射手的无缝连接以及信息和知识的共享,必定会面临多系统集成或者多网络集成的技术挑战,特别是如何使战术战场异构通信网络通过恰当的综合集成实现互连互通互操作的技术挑战。在简要介绍北约战术通信互操作性(TACOMS)标准的基础上,分析了战术战场异构通信网络互操作实现方案的设计考虑。只要仔细地设计符合要求的互操作入口站,就可以使多个独立而又异构的战术通信网近实时地交换数据与信息,达成全谱战斗空间中的网络中心作战和网络使能能力。
As well-known, the implementation of the seamless connecting and information sharing from the sensors to decision makers and shooters is certainly be faced with the great challenges of the system-of-systems or network-of-networks in the future joint operational batdefield. Especially, the interoperability of the het- erogeneous communication networks combined by making use of integrations in the tactical battlefield is also a very important challenge Based on the brief introduction of NATO's Interoperable Communications Standards (TACOMS), the design considerations of the interoperable implementation of the heterogeneous communica- tion networks in the tactical battlefield is analyzed in the paper. With the careful design of the Interoperability Points (IOP), the exchange of the data and information in the near real-time between many unique and het- erogeneous tactical communication networks, and the capabilities of the Net-Centric and Network-Enabled Operations in the whole spectrum battlespace are achieved.
