土地开发整理系统的设计与实现

Design and implement of land consolidation system

开发基于地理空间信息的土地开发整理系统可以有效规避实际管理操作中可能存在的土地重复开发、重复占补等问题。结合全国数字城市建设的经验,提出了一种基于网络地理信息服务实现土地开发整理系统的思路。这种思路基于数字城市地理空间框架提供的地理数据服务和功能服务,充分利用地理信息公共平台软件提供的API进行快捷开发。实践表明,这种模式能够有效提升土地开发整理系统的开放性,降低系统与数据的耦合度,并实现国土业务各部门之间最大程度的信息共享。

Building the land consolidation information system based on geographic information web services can resolve problems in land management, such as duplicate development and demand-supply. The paper put forward a thought based on geographic information web service from the experiences on digital city construction. It used the data servcie, function service and software API of digital city. Practice showed that this mode could improve the opennesss and degrade the coupling of the information system, and realize information sharing among land and resources departments.
