摘要
本文提出了一种基于资源三号卫星数据、在已有的基础测绘成果图(如1∶10000 DOM及DEM)上采集并建立影像控制点库来开展1∶50000 DOM更新的底图快速生产的思路,并选取了黑龙江、甘肃等省作为示范区开展生产试验,结果表明影像控制点库对提高生产效率有显著效果,也完全能满足国家1∶50000 DOM更新的底图生产精度要求。
The paper proposed a new method on quickly updating 1 ： 50 000 scale DOM based on the ZY-3 satellite images and image control points database obtained from the existing 1 ： 10 000 scale DOM and DEM. What＇s more, experiments in the representative area, such as Heilongjiang and Gansu Province, were implemented and analyzed, and the result demonstrated the feasibility with high-efficiency.
