高职院校社会服务“三一模式”探索

On "Three-in-One Model" of Social Service in Higher Vocational Colleges

社会服务是大学的三大职能之一,高等职业教育作为高等教育的一种类型,也要开展社会服务,但其社会服务的功能实现因其性质属性不同于一般大学,因此其社会服务的内涵要求、组织形态等也不同于一般大学,本文从高职院校的性质属性出发分析探讨了高职院校开展社会服务的深层次要求、当前工作中存在的普遍问题,并以湖北工业职业技术学院机电工程系组织开展社会服务的"三一模式"为例,说明了高职院校特别是制造类专业开展社会服务的一般组织形态和特点,以及可以产生的功效。

Social service is one of the three functions of universities,vocational and technical colleges,as a form of education,should carry out social service,but the function of its social services is different from that of the general university for its nature,so are its connotation and organization form. This article explored the deep-seated social service requirements,common problems that exist in the current work from the analysis of the nature of vocational colleges with the illustration of ＂ Three-in-One Model＂ of Social Service initiated by Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Department of Hubei Industrial Polytechnic,and demonstrated the organization form,characteristics and effects that can be achieved by vocational colleges,especially its manufacturing specialty in their social services.
