摘要
结合实际工程设计案例,探讨了一种平衡优化设计模式,提出在对异构体整体建筑合理的空间划分及其空间安全关系的深入分析基础上,再引入性能化设计技术方法对具体超规范问题展开分析评估,得到次优的设计改进。某异构体大剧院空间划分为3个部分。分析其火灾危险性,设定7个火源位置工22个火灾场景,采用FDS模拟火灾发展,采用Pathfinder模拟人员疏散。根据模拟结果提出降低大厅的火灾荷载、设置前厅为亚安全区的优化对策。
Combining with a fire design case of the modern theater, a mode of the balanceable optimization design was dis cussed. It was suggested that based on the reasonable space partition and analysis of relation between space and safety, take performance-based fire protection design to analyze the specific problems of unfit the Code, to get the suboptimum design. The space of theater was divided to 3 parts. The fire risk of the the ater was analyzed and 22 scenarios with 7 fire point were set to simulate the fire by FDS, and the personal evacuation was sim- ulated by Pathfinder. Suggestions as reduce the fire load of hall and set the antechamber as quasi-safety area were put forward according to the simulation results.
