国外高等教育与区域经济协同发展的启示与借鉴

Inspiration from Foreign Higher Education and Regional Economy Synergy Development

通过对美国、日本和瑞士高等教育与区域经济协同发展的模式进行分析,总结并借鉴它们的成功经验:我国应明确高等教育的创新职能,并要适应区域经济发展的需要;区域经济应为高等教育的发展提供物质保障;政府、企业、高校和科研院所要建立协同合作的关系;高校要拓展产学研用的模式。

By analyzing the evolvement model of synergy development between higher education and regional economy in America, Japan and Switzerland, successful experiences of these countries are summarized in the article. Through learning from other countries, China should dearly define the innovation fimctions of higher education, which should satisfy the needs of regional economy development. Besides, regional economy should provide material guarantee for the development of higher education. In a word, government, enterprises, universities and scientific research institutes should establish a collaborate relationship. Moreover, universities should expand the research studies to practical industrial use.
