摘要
分析某热电厂330MW机组锅炉排烟温度偏高与磨煤机出口温度、磨煤机运行组合方式、锅炉受热面清洁程度、一次风压及燃烧器摆角等因素之间的关系。在此基础上,提出改变磨煤机运行组合方式,提高磨煤机出口温度,加强锅炉受热面与空预器吹灰,合理控制炉膛出口氧量,降低一次风压,减少磨煤机入口冷风量及合理摆动燃烧器摆角等措施,使排烟温度下降了8~10℃,提高了机组运行的经济性。
This essay analyzes the relationship of the high exhaust gas temperature of the boiler of the 330MW eogeneration unit in a power plant with such factors as the temperature of the outlet of the coal mill, operation and combination modes of the coal mill, the cleanliness of the heating surface of the boiler, the primary wind pressure and the swing angle of the burner. Besides,it presents relevant measures to lower the temperature from 8 to 10 degrees centigrade such as changing the operation and combination modes of the coal mill, raising the temperature of its outlet, increasing soot blowing of the heating surface of the boiler and the air preheater, reasonably controlling the oxygen content at the outlet of the furnace, reducing the primary wind pressure, lessening the quantity of the cold air blast at the inlet of the coal mill and rationally swaying the swing angle of the burner, to enhance the economy of the unit.
