燃煤锅炉6kV电机及其风机热工控制策略的改进

摘要 恒运电厂8#炉锅炉侧的6 kV电机及其风机由于原热工控制策略不完善,易引起风机或电机在运行中由于联动备用装置不及时或热工保护误动作而跳闸,导致机组减负荷甚至产生非计划停机事件。为了减少此类故障的发生,对原热工控制策略进行了改进,一年内误动作次数由改进前的8次降低至0次,从而有效提高了电机及其风机运行的可靠性。 Due to the original imperfect thermal control strategy, the 6 kV motor or the fans of the 8# boiler in Guang- zhou Hengyun Power Plant can be easily tripped during their operation because of non-timely linkages to stand-by e- quipment or malfunctions in thermal process protection, which can lead to load-shedding of the unit even nonplanned halt accidents. In order to reduce such faults, the original thermal control strategy has been improved. Malfunctions in one year have been lessened from 8 times (before the improvement)to none, which shows that the opera- tional reliability of the motor and the fans has been effectively enhanced.
