船体分段搭载钢管支撑载荷浅析

摘要 在船体分段搭载过程中,大量重心外飘分段或总段需进行临时刚性支撑。采用钢管支撑有其独特的优势,已成为业内主流。根据不同的分段重量选择合适规格以及长度的钢管,快速确定支撑钢管的载荷,在生产设计过程中有广泛的应用价值。本文对GB/T 17395-2008以及ISO 4200-1991中部分常见规格的钢管进行计算分析,得出许用载荷。 In the process of hull block loading, a lot of bow lfare or broad side blocks in need of temporary rigid support;using steel tube as support has its unique advantages, has been the mainstream in the shipbuilding industry;it is essential to quickly determine the right size and length of steel tube according to different weight of blocks, there is a wide range of such applications in the production design process. This paper focused on some common standard steel tubes from GB/T 17395-2008 and ISO 4200-1991 in calculation analysis and deduced the allowable load.
