摘要
本文针对复杂型双向曲面胎架设计特点,结合该类型胎架制作精度及技术要求,对复杂型双向曲面胎架制作工艺进行优化改进,在确保双向曲面胎架制作精度及质量的前提下,利用制作胎架用的钢制胎模作为胎架型线的外卡样板,减少胎架内卡木模样板的制作量,降低现场胎架制作施工难度,缩短双向曲面胎架制作周期。
This article has given an optimized method of fabrication process of complex double-direction curved surface jig according to its characteristic ,fabrication accuracy and technical requirements. On the premise of assuring precision and quality of the jig ,it can not only decreased the amount of wooden module templates but also reduced dififculty and shortened the fabrication cycle of jig in site .
