Practice and Exploration on the Work Reform of City Police Station in the New Period

改革开放三十多年来,中国城市的社会状况发生了巨大变革。在动态的社会环境下,城市公安派出所的警务工作,必须进行适应性变革。应当从社会治安管理机制、派出所警务运行机制和信息化支撑建设三个层面进行全面系统改革。改革的目标,是建立一套以主动治安为理念的城市派出所"社会控制型警务模式"。

With thirty years of reform and opening up, the city’s social situation in China has undergone tremendous changes. In the dynamic social environment, policing work of city police station must carry out adaptive change. A comprehensive system reform shall be conducted from three aspects of management mechanism, policing operation mechanism of police station and information-based construction. The objective of the reform is to establish a set of active security concept“policing model of social control”for the city police station.
