摘要
为解藏绵羊肠道乳酸菌的菌群组成及其基本生物学特征,无菌采集12头健康藏绵羊新鲜粪便,分离培养及纯化乳酸菌株,并通过16S rDNA序列扩增和测序进行分子鉴定.结果显示:从12个样本中共分离纯化出19株乳酸单菌,分属于7个属,其中鹑鸡肠球菌、海氏肠球菌、粪肠球菌及植物乳杆菌所占分离比例较多.该结果为进一步了解藏绵羊肠道乳酸菌的菌群种类及藏绵羊益生菌制剂的开发提供了基础.
To understand the flora composition and their biological characteristics of gut lactic acid bacteria in Tibetan sheep, 12 stools from healthy Tibetan sheep were collected sterilely, then the isolation and purification of lactic acid bacteria were performed, and the molecular identification was further determined by the amplification and sequencing of 16S rDNA sequence The result showed that the total of 19 strains of lactic acid bacteria belonging to 7 genera were isolated from 12 samples, in which the Enterococcus gallinarum, Enterococcus hirae, Enterococcus faecium, and Lactobacillus plantarum covered the advantage bacterium group. This study provides the basis for further understanding the gut lactic acid bacteria species in Tibetan sheep and value information for the development ofprobiotic preparations in Tibetan sheep.
