摘要
学风是高校生存与发展的基础,学风建设更是高校综合水平提升的重要保障.通过构建学风综合评价指标体系,把改进的层次分析法与模糊综合评价方法相结合,建立高校学风综合评价模型.通过该模型,不仅可以确定影响学风的主要因素,而且可以了解被评价单位的学风综合状况.最后以西安工业大学十个学院的学风评价为例,并对其做实证分析,验证了该模型的合理性与科学性.
Academic discipline is not only the basis of survival and development of colleges and universities, and its construction is also a significant guarantee of promotion of general proficiency of these schools. In this paper, comprehensive evaluation model of academic discipline is built by constructing comprehensive evaluation indexes of academic discipline and combining modified AHP with fuzzy synthetic evaluation, which will help people find out the main factors influencing academic discipline and settle the situation of academic discipline. At last, academic disciplines of ten schools in Xi'an Technological University are evaluated by using the model to verify the model rational and valid.
