畜牧兽医类专业"落地型"人才培养是指黑龙江省根据畜牧业快速、高质、安全和生态发展的具体需求,人才培养目标定位为"高级应用型技术人才",对毕业生职业能力的需求主要体现为解决问题能力和基本技能,对社会能力的需求主要体现为合作能力和责任意识。通过改革人才培养方案、优化课程体系、提高实践能力和增强综合素质等途径培养"懂技术、会经营、强实践、高素质"的现代畜牧业高级技术人才。

＂Application-oriented＂ personnel training of animal husbandry and veterinary speciality was confirmed according to the demands of rapid, high-quality, safety and ecological development of animal husbandry in Heilongjiang Province. The orientation of personnel training target was ＂higher application-oriented technology personnel＂. The main manifestations of the demands of professional ability of graduate were the ability of solving problems and basic ability. The main manifestations of the demands of social ability were cooperative ability and responsibility consciousness. The higher technology personnel of modem animal husbandry that mastered skills and had management and practice abilities, higher quality were trained by the ways of reforming the personnel training scheme, optimizing the course system, enhancing the practice ability and strengthening the comprehensive quality.
