Currently, it has become many novelists＇ pursuit to reevaluate the modern significance of ＂Culture Father＂ by setting up some cultural image in the history of a family in an aesthetic narrative text. Among them, Li Hao and his A Brief History of Father is a typical example. Through a study of Li Hao and his work, this paper explores a ＂meaningful form＂ in his novel and its special aesthetic significance.
