绵阳市县域新型工业化与新型城镇化协调发展评价

An Evaluation on Coordinated Development of New Industrialization and New Urbanization of Mianyang' County Regions

在建立综合评价指标体系的基础上,运用标准化评分法对绵阳市县域新型工业化和城镇化互动发展进行了实证评价。结果显示:绵阳市县域整体的"两化"发展水平比较低,城市核心区涪城区与其他县(市、区)的差距较大;在工业化水平整体不高的情况下,新型城镇化水平明显落后于新型工业化水平;新型城镇化水平内部的梯度变化不尽合理。最后,依据各县域"两化"发展的特点,提出了几点对策建议。

Based on setting up the comprehensive evaluation index system, this paper makes a practical evaluation on coordinated development of new industrialization and new urbanization （ two modernization） of Mianyang County Regions. The results indicate ： though the overall levels of coordinated development of two modernization＇are comparatively low, but there are large differences between the city core region and other county regions; on the condition of comparatively low industrialization level, new urbanization obviously lagged the gradient change of new urbanization among county regions appears irrational. Finally, to promote the coordinated development of two modernization of counties of different type on new industrialization; the measures and services are discussed.
