摘要
科研型教师应有娴熟的教学技能,精湛的教学艺术,较高的教育理论素养,是教育教学行为的研究者和反思者。教师进行教育教学科研是社会发展的需要,是提高教育教学质量的需要,是提高教师素质的需要。
A scientific -research -oriented teacher should acquaint with adept teaching skill, exquisite art of teaching, higher literacy education theory. At the same time, he or she should always study and reflect on teaching behavior and teaching process. To conduct scientific research in teaching practice is essential to achieve society development, to promote the quality of teaching and to improve teaeher's ability.
